Important clarification to previous post: Please be aware that there are multiple organizations called “JEP” and one IS a Torah-based organization. Please do not confuse them with the anti-Torah one.
The Jewish Education Project and the Jewish Education Program are two vastly different organizations with no relation or resemblance.

This is a very important clarification to yesterday’s article, in response to feedback from a reader.
Please be aware that the UJA Federation-affiliated Jewish Education Project which I wrote about yesterday is not the same as the kiruv organization called the Jewish Education Program by Rabbi Mordechai Katz, which has put out the well-known JEP musical albums. These organizations are obviously very different and have no connection to each other. I certainly was not referring to Rabbi Katz’s organization in my article, chas veshalom. I regret that in one reference to the UJA-affiliated JEP, I mistakenly wrote “Jewish Education Program,” when it should have said “Jewish Education Project.”
I have corrected the article. Please share the correction. Thank you.
