The Haskala movement never ended, it only went underground.

Since the 1700s, both non-Jews and renegade Jews have sought to destroy us. Today, hidden forces from among our own people join with outside enemies of the Jewish people and place us in grave danger.

At this time, most religious Jews in NY and NJ have heard of the threat to our religious schools, but many underestimate the depth of the danger, and believe it can be resolved through negotiations. This is a critical misconception, which can only come about because of not understanding the enemies and their aims.

If we truly study our history and then do critical and honest research about what we are currently experiencing, not just with our Yeshiva education but in the world in general, our hair would stand on end.

Who in the frum world believes that anyone is out to “shmad us up”, “frei us up”, take down our Judaism several notches, lessen our family sizes, or otherwise harm us? I certainly was rosy-eyed and naive, myself, and thought those days were over. Unfortunately I was so wrong, and I keep learning more unpleasant things. It’s not fun, but think about the consequences of NOT knowing your enemies.

Not all those who put us in harm’s way do so with evil motives. Some people simply are used to working along with the government in a position of shtadlanus, and getting paid for doing so. They don’t seem to realize that by negotiating on topics which must be non-negotiatiable, such as us retaining control over our yeshivos and the education of our next generation, they are causing inestimable damage.

Other organizations, unfortunately, are actually undercover groups trying to take down our Mesorah.

The pasuk says, zechor yemos olam, binu sh'nos dor vador. We will understand properly the critical threat facing our entire nation with a little background going back a few hundred years. Listen carefully and everything you see happening now will fall into place.

After the Tach Vetat massacres, when a third of the Jewish people were killed, as we all know, Shabsai Tzvi pretended to be mashiach. He fooled much of Klal Yisrael, but when he converted to Islam, people finally recognized him as a dangerous imposter.

HOWEVER, THAT WAS NOT THE END OF HIS MOVEMENT. Shabsai Tzvi had a student named Jacob Frank, who was an apikores and a terrible rasha, and since the 1700's, his ideological followers have continued to stealthily attack Klal Yisrael, sometimes joining forces with non Jews who have the same goals, and often infiltrating by posing as good Jews, with the goal of uprooting us from Hashem and Torah observance.

On chaf vav Tamuz, in 1759, the Bishop of Lemberg forced a debate between the Sabbatean Frankists and the Torah-true Jews, who were represented by 3 great Rabbonim - the Baal Shem Tov, Rav Chaim HaKohen Rappaport, who was the Av Beis Din of Lemberg, and RavYitzchak Dov Ber Margolios, the Av Beis Din of Yazlavitch.

The Rabbonim won and the Frankists lost, which Baruch Hashem saved the Talmud from being burnt. Subsequently, thousands of Frankists converted to Christianity.

The Baal Shem Tov was deeply saddened about these Jews being permanently cut off from Yiddishkeit, and it is said that his distress over the ordeal with the Frankists ultimately led to his death. However, the Baal Shem Tov actually wrote a letter saying that chof vav Tamuz should be a day of celebration for all his students, as it was proven for all to see that Jacob Frank’s teachings were not authentic Judaism. At around the same time, the Vaad Arba Artzosmade a cheirem on the Sabbatean Frankists, that they should not be considered Jewish.

Jacob Frank’s movement, that of the Sabbatean Frankists, was extremely, extremely evil. He said that a mitzva is an aveira and an aveira is a mitzva – just as you see today, when all kinds of terrible things that go against Hashem are promoted as good. His people committed unspeakable atrocities in private. In fact, the film "Frankenstein" which came out in the 1920's, about an evil monster, is named after them.

These Frankists did not die out and disappear. In the next generation, they simply went underground, as they realized that they needed to be more clandestine in their efforts in order to succeed chas veshalom in removing Hashem from Yiddishkeit. They understood that they needed to present themselves as those that believe in Hashem, and destroy the curiculum from the inside.

The Maskilim were the ideological descendants of the Frankists, and they joined forces.

The successor to the Baal Shem tov, the Magid, and his students, saw with Ruach HaKodesh that the Frankist-Maskilim intended to weaponize Tanach against Hashem by framing it with their own ideas of Kefira. The Talmidei HaMagid made a cheirem to protect the authenticity of the Torah by decreeing that Tanach be studied only with the pshat of Rashi, Metzudas Tzion, and Metzudas Dovid. Eventually, a similiar protocol was adopted by all yeshivos, and there isn't that much Tanach studied in all charedi yeshivos until this day. The reason this derech was begun was to protect against the missionaries of the maskilim.

In the next generation, the maskilim decided it was time to take control of unsuspecting communities through community leaders, and they sent Orthodox looking teachers, who privately did not believe in Hashem, to teach young children, and groom them to go to the universities of Berlin. This eventually led to the atrocities of the Holocaust, as you will see.

One of these fake cheder melamdim was called Shimon HaKofer. He was sent to find out how to infiltrate Chabad Chassidim. However, when he met the Alter Rebbe, the Rebbe immediately realized Shimon's true colors, and asked him "How many souls have you poisoned?" The Alter Rebbe then sent a message to Vilna, which was known as the Yerushalayim of Europe and was a target for the maskilim’s secret activity, to unmask Shimon Hakofer. It was only now that many parents realized for the first time that their own sons were not in yeshivos, but were actually in Berlin, and tragically lost forever.

The Maskilim realized that they needed to use the government to target the Alter Rebbe, and silence him. Their agents decided to use the doctrine of “divide and conquer”, so they fueled and funded a war between the Litvish and Chassidish communities. This would make it easier to compromise the Torah true curriculum, because if the communities would be together they would better protect each other from spies. 

Originally, Torah true Jews did not suspect the Chumash of Moses Medelsohn to actually be warfare against Hashem, and a haskama was even given on Moses Mendelsohn's chumash!

The Talmidim of the GR”A like Reb Chaim Velozhiner was one of the first to recognize the Kefira in the writings of Moses Medelsohn. He also recognized the authenticity of the Talmidim of the the Alter Rebbe, and bridges between the communities were built.

However, after the devastation of the Napoleonic wars, the second Lubavitcher Rebbe actually created a no-contact policy with other communities, because it was almost impossible to know who was a secret maskil who would lead people astray!

In the times of the next Lubavitcher Rebbe, the Tzemach Tzedek, the Maskilim decided to infiltrate the Tzarist Government to mandate, force and coerce a change in the authentic Torah curriculum. 

In 1843 the Tzarist Government announced that a conference was to be held at Petersburg for the purpose of deciding “important religious problems”. It was the intention of the government, at the instigation of the Maskilim, to use the conference as a means to introduce into the school system innovations to interfere with the mesora of limud Hatorah and davening.

A Rabbinical Commission composed of leaders of Chassidim and Misnagdim was convened to plan how to combat the threat the conference posed. Rabbi Menachem Mendel was appointed to the commission.

The government actually intended the Rabbonim to be the kappos to implement the plan, however BH that did not work, as the Rabbonim stood strong. 

The first meeting between Rabbi Menachem Mendel and Rabbi Yitzchok of Volozhin, the leader of the Misnagdim, broke down barriers. They were reunited and began to work together for the common cause of true Yiddishkeit.

At the first meeting of the government-called conference in 1843, Rabbi Menachem Mendel said that the purpose of the conference could only be to encourage religious observance among the Jews, and he reiterated the impossibility of tampering even with Jewish custom, since "customs are also considered Torah." Despite threats by the chairman of the conference, a Minister of Government, and being placed under house arrest on numerous occasions during the four-month period of the conference, Rabbi Menachem Mendel showed unswerving determination to oppose any proposed change of any Jewish custom whatsoever. The conference BH ended without the adoption of any of the changes proposed by the Maskilim.

The son of the Tzemach Tzedek, the Rebbe Maharash, went to Petersburg to again defend the Torah curriculum, as the grandson of Shimon HaKofer tried AGAIN to use the government to undermine Torah true curriculum. The Rebbe Maharash turned the tables on Shimon HaKofer’s grandson, who had to flee the country. His mission was then reassigned to subvert and undermine Judaism in America using the reform movement in Philadelphia. 

The Haskalah movement initially used education as their weapon to fight against Hashem, so their targets were people that learn. However, what about people that are not learners? They wanted to target them as well. The Socialism and Zionism movements were their new methods of fighting against Hashem and the Torah, and later they would use health as a weapon as well.

At this point, the Haskalah movement had been making inroads for decades, and Socialism and Zionism were becoming popular, making their way into yeshivos, shuls, and all the greatest strongholds of Yiddishkeit.

The son of of Rav Gedalya Schorr told over that unbelievably, before the war, parents would avoid sending their sons to official Yeshivosbecause they were likely to encounter secret agents, professional groomers for the Maskilim, in yeshivos! Instead, they sent their children to the Beis Medrash to learn alone, and told them not to speak to anyone.

Yeshivos needed to be made that would protect the integrity of Yiddishkeit. Like the Yeshivah of the Chasam Sofer, Rabbi Meir Shapiro initiated Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin and the Rebbe Rashab opened Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim.

Meanwhile, in the late 1800s the maskilim of Berlin managed to remove G-d from the German educational system, paving the way to groom students to be able to later perform atrocities. 

In Russia, the atrocities against Melamdim actually happened earlier than the atrocities of WWII. The emissaries of the Maskilim were able to trigger a revolution and the groomed students, called the Yevsektsia, grabbed power. The groomed students came from Chassidic families, but had been poisoned by the Frankist-Maskilim against Hashem and trained for cruelty, and they mercilessly killed and tortured other Jews. In the late 1930s all of the Yevsektsia were eliminated by Stalin. 

In Germany, the real grooming started in 1933, and this time, the means to convince the masses was hygiene, and medical insurance for all. The brother of Goebbels, yemach shemo, was the primary agent. A program of physical hygiene led to racial hygiene. The propaganda was that bugs carry disease, and certain people are like bugs, bugs are stamped out etc. In the camps it was the doctors sending people to “showers” to be hygienic.

We seem to be tragically and inexorably inching closer to this point now, if you consider the quarantine and contagion hysteria carefully, and if you realize that quarantine camps are already operating in some countries, and being prepared in the US as well.

Remember, removing Hashem leads to atrocities. This is how the Holocaust came about. The way to combat the evil is to expose it.

After WWII the enemies of Hashem have taken decades to regroup, seeing what worked in the past and what didn’t, and how could they combine strategies of the past to take over the world. In the meantime, we were lulled into a feeling of complacency, thinking that the enemies were gone, but they ARE MOST CERTAINLY NOT!

It says that the 4th and last war of Amalek against Hashem will be clandestine, just like the second war of Amalek. As soon as we expose them, we know what to Daven for, and they are lost. We are IN THIS WAR NOW. The Medrash Esther Rabba says that the last war of Amalek will be directly against Hashem.

The Sabbateans/Frankists/Maskilim, like the Chanuka Greeks before them, have decided to use all the strategies and tactics of the past. If you think carefully, you will recognize that the world today has been turned upside down. It seems to have gone crazy. Everything we know is evil is being promoted, and everything we know is good is being denigrated and called bad. THAT is the whole idea of the Frankists and their war against Hashem, and they are joined by ancient non- Jewish movements with the exact same goals. They are working together to turn the entire world away from Hashem, including and especially us, chas veshalom.

You will recognize throughout the program you watched in the links above how the old tactics of infiltrating our educational system, and using health and hygiene as a hypocritical weapon, have come back with a vengeance. This time, though, we have been lulled into complacency, because we've had so many peaceful decades, B"H, that it seems like a wacky conspiracy theory to imagine that anyone really wants to shmad us up and kill us.

But tragically, it could not be more real. All that is needed to discover the truth is some honest investigation.

It turns out that there is actually, for example, in New York, a secret "Haredi Health Comission", with about 100 religious members, who are - perhaps unsuspectingly - working arm in arm with the government to help enforce the government's desired policies for the religious community. Of course, plenty of government money is paid for this purpose. The members include those of some well known organizations which were thought to be working for the good of the tzibbur. One of them is JOWMA, which promotes to'eiva ideals, but there are others. I assume that these Jews have no idea that they are simply being used as pawns for our enemies to infiltrate Yiddishkeit.

We still need to explain the non-Jewish end (remember, I said that there are both renegade Jews, as well as non-Jews, who are trying to destroy our religious life.)

Now, I have been saying for a very long time that the people running the world now are the enemies of Hashem. That was largely based on the obvious: People who are fighting against everything that Hashem made the world to stand for are clearly fighting against Hashem Himself.

But I didn’t even realize until recently just how true my words were!

A couple months ago, I discovered videos of Yuval Noah Harari, top advisor to Klaus Schwab, director of the extremely powerful World Economic Forum (WEF), which works hand in hand with the UN and the WHO. Mr. Harari conveniently made their agenda even clearer to see. He states explicitly Rachmana litzlan that superior beings, designed by human intelligence, will soon completely replace “Homo sapiens”, and he is openly and staunchly promoting transhumanism. This means that the policies of the WHO and UN are crafted to further the transhumanistic agenda. What is transhumanism? No more free choice, no more private thoughts. An “improved” human, designed by “human intelligence”, connected to the internet from within, and constantly monitored by sensors under the skin. Mr. Harari says that the era of COVID will go down in history as marking the time “when everything changed”.

He says much more, which is blatant kefira and too painful to repeat. His videos may as well be titled “Tower of Bavel #2, rebellion against G-d”.

But then I found out even more.

I discovered that there are evil non-Jewish groups promoting paganism (worship of Satan) for hundreds of years at least, and in recent times, the United Nations (UN) was actually founded upon such a charter and for the purpose of ripping people away from the worship of One G-d, as you will see below.

The UN organization UNESCO has been actively working for years to shape curriculums in schools worldwide to achieve to their goals. The UN philosophy was actually shaped by the works of Alice Bailey (1880-1949), one of the founders of the “New Age Movement”, and her 10-Point Plan of the New World Order, which she wrote in the ‘40’s. The stated purpose of her charter is to “redeem the nations from Judeo/Christian tradition.” The people that Alice Bailey hated the most and most wanted to destroy, though, were the Orthodox Jews, as is seen in references she makes in her writings, “The Externalisation of the Hierarchy” and “Esoteric Healing”. (BH I did not go through those books myself, but I was given verbatim quotes.)

Digging a bit more deeply, it turns out that Alice Bailey was an occultist who believed in worship of the Satan (Lucifer), and that is what her Ten Point Charter for the UN is meant to lead the world into. Her teachings are foundational to the UN, which has been actively shaping world policy, through its many branches and affiliated organizations, towards her stated goals.

Mrs. Bailey established the publishing company called “Lucifer Trust” which is now known as “Lucis Publishing Co” (located at 866 United Nations Plaza #482, New York, NY), and which published her works.

Her mentor was Helena Blavatsky, who co-founded the Theosophical Society in 1875, and wrote “The Secret Doctrine” which espouses the theory of superior and inferior races, and was used by Hitler. (See Wikipedia for quotes - she actually said: “the inferior races....[are] now happily - owing to the wise adjustment of nature which ever works in that direction - fast dying out.”)

I was reminded that I had indeed heard long ago that Hitler worshipped old-time paganism, but I hadn’t quite known what that meant. I searched online “was Hitler a Satan worshipper?” and indeed found confirmation of this, including the following e-book on Amazon (currently unavailable): “THE SECRET RELIGIOUS BELIEFS OF ADOLF HITLER – THE THULE SOCIETY, THE SATANIC CULT THEOSOPHISM IN GERMANY, ARIOSOPHY AND ORIGINS OF ARYAN SUPREMACY AND NATIONALIST FASCIST MOVEMENTS WORLD-WIDE”.

Here is Alice Bailey’s 10 Point Plan, copy-pasted. (I edited a couple words for tznius. There are explanations after each point which I found provided. You can search online yourself and find the information.)

1. TAKE G-D AND PRAYER OUT OF THE EDUCATION SYSTEM She said: “Change curriculum to ensure that children are freed from the bondage of religious culture. Why? Because children go to school to be equipped to face life, they are willing to trust and they are willing to value what is being given to them.”

“If you take G-d out of education, they will unconsciously form a resolve that G-d is not necessary to face life. They will focus on those things the school counts them worthy to be passed on and they will look at G-d as an additional, if one can afford the additional.”

(My note here: The huge efforts to remake education in the schools - teaching adult topics and transgender ideology to kids as young as five - plus many other insidious ways of poisoning their minds - are happening right now and are part of this Satanic agenda. Also, search “Satanic after school club” and you will be surprised. Attempts are being made around the US at this very moment to start these kids’ clubs, all under the guise of something wholesome.)

2. REDUCE PARENTAL AUTHORITY OVER THE CHILDREN She said: “Break the communication between parent and child.” (Why?) So that parents do not pass on their religious traditions to their children, liberate children from the bondage of their parent traditions. (how?) a) Promote excessive child rights; (1997-1998 South Africa introduced Child rights legislation – UNICEF Charter; Today a child is able to say to parent ‘I do not want to hear that, I don’t want to do what you are telling me. Teachers cannot talk to children, children step up and say “I have my rights, you cannot talk to me like that.”)

3. DESTROY THE TRADITIONAL RELIGIOUS FAMILY STRUCTURE (Why?) She said: “It is oppressive and that the family is the core of the nation. If you break the family, you break the nation. Liberate the people from the confines of this structure.” (How?)

a)Promote pritzus – (here I edited greatly for tznius purposes.)

b) Use advertising industry, media – T.V., magazines, film industry to promote pritzus as the highest enjoyment in humanity.

4. IF PRITZUS IS FREE, THEN MAKE ABORTION LEGAL AND MAKE IT EASY

She said: “Build clinics for abortion – Health clinics in schools. If people are going to enjoy pritzus, they need to be free of unnecessary fears, in other words they should not be hampered with unwanted pregnancies.”

‘Abortion as told by religion is oppressive and denies our rights, we have a right to choose whether we want to have a child or not. If a woman does not want the pregnancy, she should have the freedom to get rid of that pregnancy as painlessly and as easily as possible’.

5. Make divorce easy and legal, and free people from the concept of marriage

6. Make to’eiva an alternative lifestyle. Alice Bailey preached that —— enjoyment is the highest pleasure in humanity, no one must be denied and no one must be restricted how to enjoy themselves.

7. Debase art, music and drama and make it run mad and corrupt. How will they accomplish this? The philosophers explain that since art (pictures, music, drama etc.) is the language of the spirit and captures the heart of the young, we need to ensure that it is filled with desire and immorality.

8. Use media to promote and change the mindset of men.

(How well have they accomplished this? They invest astronomical sums to capture the minds of the young to their corrupt and immoral way of thinking - through professional psychologists and market experts. To illustrate:

Number of 30-second TV commercials seen in a year by an average child: 20,000 = 10,000 minutes or 166 hours and 35 minutes. Number of TV commercials seen by the average person by age 65: 2 million + 1 million minutes or 16,666 hours or 1,389 days (12 hours) which is 3.8 years of the average American’s life is spent watching TV commercials by 65 years of age. Or about 3.5% of your life is watching commercials!

Percentage of survey participants (1993) who said that TV commercials aimed at children make them too materialistic: 92 % Rank of food products/fast-food restaurants among TV advertisements to kids:

9. CREATE AN INTERFAITH MOVEMENT (Edited, can see full version online.) Alice Bailey wrote: “Promote the importance of man in determining his own future and destiny” – HUMANISM. “Tell man he has the right to choose what he wants to be and he can make it happen, he has the right to determine his cause.”

10. GET GOVERNMENTS TO MAKE ALL THESE LAWS AND GET THE CHURCH TO ENDORSE THESE CHANGES.

SO ALL THE “MERCIFUL” ‘FREEDOM’ GIVEN in recent years was actually FOR ONE REASON ONLY - TO LEAD US AWAY FROM G-D, AND INTO THE ARMS OF CRUEL SATANISTS.

I want to make a critical point. If a neo-nazi would be running for office, nobody would vote for him, no matter how much money he would promise our yeshivos, or how sweetly he would talk, because we would all recognize without a question how evil dangerous he is. The EXACT SAME THING HOLDS TRUE FOR THE LIBERAL, PRO TO’EIVA AND PRO ABORTION CANDIDATES! The Skulener Rebbe and Rav Avigdor Miller zatzal constantly warned our communities not to vote for them, but unfortunately it seems that their warnings have not been heeded so much, and what we are facing now is the result. Let us have the courage to stand for Hashem and support candidates who stand for morality and NOT VOTE for anyone who supports agendas against Hashem, such as to’eiva, abortion, or “climate change”.

How It Became Official

“On January 18, 2022, with no public awareness, officials from the Biden Administration sent the World Health Organization these extensive amendments to strengthen WHO’s ability to unilaterally intervene into the affairs of nations merely suspected of having a “health emergency” of possible concern to other nations.4 The U.S. amendments cross out a critical existing restriction in the regulations: “WHO shall consult with and attempt to obtain verification from the State Party in whose territory the event is allegedly occurring...”5 By eliminating that, and other clauses (see below), all the shackles will be removed from the Director-General of WHO, enabling him to declare health emergencies at will.

“The amendments would give WHO the right to take important steps to collaborate with other nations and other organizations worldwide to deal with any nation’s alleged health crisis, even against its stated wishes. The power to declare health emergencies is a potential tool to shame, intimidate, and dominate nations. It can be used to justify ostracism and economic or financial actions against the targeted nation by other nations aligned with WHO or who wish to harm and control the accused nation.

“Although sponsored by an American administration, WHO’s most significant use of this arbitrary authority to declare national emergencies will be used against the United States if our government ever again dares to take anti-globalist stands as it did under the Trump administration.

How Much Time Do We Have to Stop the Amendments?

“The contents of the proposed amendments were not made public until April 12, 2022,6 leaving little time to protest before the scheduled vote. As noted, the amendments are scheduled and almost certainly will be enacted May 22-28, 2022.

“The existing WHO regulations then provide for an 18-month grace period during which a nation may withdraw its “yes” vote for amendments, but the current proposed amendments would reduce that opportunity to six months. If the U.S.- sponsored amendments are passed, a majority of the nations could, in the next six months, change their individual votes and reverse the approval. But this is a much more difficult proposition than stopping the whole process now.

“We must act now to prevent the passage of the amendments, including putting sufficient pressure on the United States to withdraw them from consideration. If that fails, and the amendments are approved at the May meeting of the WHO governing body, we must then make the effort to influence a majority of the nations to change their votes to “no.”

Without Organized Resistance, the Amendments Will Definitely Pass

“On January 26, 2022, the same U. S. Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva sent a one-page memo to WHO confirming that the amendments had been sent. It also contained a brief report by the same Loyce Pace, Assistant

“Secretary for Global Affairs HHS.7 Most importantly, the memo listed all the nations backing the U.S. amendments. The size and power of the group guarantee that the amendments will be passed if unopposed by significant outside pressure.

“Here are the 20 nations, plus the European Union, listed by the U.S. as supporting the amendments:

Albania, Australia, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, India, Jamaica, Japan, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Peru, Republic of Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United States of America, Uruguay, Member States of the European Union (EU).

“The European Union, a globalist organization, has been among the biggest backers of increasing WHO’s global power. The EU includes the following 27 Western nations:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

“That’s a total of 47 nations supporting the U.S.-authored amendments. All of them have endorsed empowering WHO to declare a possible or potential health emergency or crisis within any nation despite its objections and refusal to cooperate. To repeat, these amendments will pass unless American citizens, as well as citizens worldwide, mount a very strong opposition.

Defining “Health” and WHO’s Domain of Authority

“According to the Foreward to WHO’s regulations, there is no specific limit to what constitutes a health emergency, and it is certainly not limited to pandemics. WHO’s domain includes:8 a scope not limited to any specific disease or manner of transmission, but covering “illness or medical condition, irrespective of origin or source, that presents or could present significant harm to humans...

“WHO’s powerful reach is also defined by the number of other organizations it is authorized to cooperate with once it has declared an emergency or health crisis: “other competent intergovernmental organizations or international bodies with which WHO is expected to cooperate and coordinate its activities, as appropriate, include the following: United Nations, International Labor Organization, Food and Agriculture Organization, International Atomic Energy Agency, International Civil Aviation Organization, International Maritime Organization, International Committee of the Red Cross, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, International Air Transport Association, International Shipping Federation, and Office International des Epizooties.”9

“The Preamble to the WHO Constitution (separate from the International Health Regulations) summarizes WHO’s concept of what is included under its mandate of improving, guiding, and organizing world health:10

“WHO remains firmly committed to the principles set out in the preamble to the Constitution

 Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

 The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition.

 The health of all peoples is fundamental to the attainment of peace and security and is dependent on the fullest cooperation of individuals and States.

 The achievement of any State in the promotion and protection of health is of value to all.

 Unequal development in different countries in the promotion of health and control of diseases, especially communicable diseases, is a common danger.

 Healthy development of the child is of basic importance; the ability to live harmoniously in a changing total environment is essential to such development.

 The extension to all peoples of the benefits of medical, psychological, and related knowledge is essential to the fullest attainment of health.

 Informed opinion and active co-operation on the part of the public are of the utmost importance in the improvement of the health of the people.

 Governments have a responsibility for the health of their peoples which can be fulfilled only by the provision of adequate health and social measures.

“Given WHO’s assessment of the breadth of its health concerns, mandates, and goals — almost any kind of problematic situation that affects the people of a nation could be considered a health problem. Indeed, under WHO’s approach, it would be difficult to find any important national issue that was not a potential health problem. With the imminent passage of the American-sponsored amendments to the International Health Regulations, WHO will have free reign for using these expansive definitions of health to call a crisis over anything it wishes in any nation it desires.

WHO’s Sweeping New Powers

“The sweeping new powers will be invested in the Director-General of WHO to act on his own. The Director-General is Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, commonly known as Tedros. Tedros, the first non- physician director-general of WHO, is an extremely controversial Marxist activist and politician from Ethiopia installed by the Chinese Communist Party. Despite the fact that his role as the cover-up apologist for the Chinese Communists at the onset of COVID-19, this “dear friend of Anthony Fauci” was re-elected without opposition in 2022 to a second five-year term.11 His original election in 2017, followed by his re-election without opposition in 2022, is an ominous display of Chinese Communist influence over WHO,12 which makes further empowering the U.N. agency extremely dangerous.

“Under the new regulations, WHO will not be required to consult with the identified nation beforehand to “verify” the event before taking action. This requirement is stricken by the U.S. amendments (Article 9.1). The amendments require a response in 24 hours from the identified nation, or WHO will identify it as “rejection” and act independently (Article 10.3). If the identified nation “does not accept the offer of collaboration within 48 hours, WHO shall ... immediately share with the other State Parties the information available to it...” (Article 10.4).

“Indicating the breadth of WHO’s scope of power, the agency will be given the right to involve multiple other U.N. agencies, including those related to food and agriculture, animal health, environmental programs, “or other relevant entities” (Article 6.1). This, too will not require the permission of the identified nation. The targeted nation is also required to send to WHO any relevant genetic sequence data. And as we have seen, the Foreward to these regulations presents a much larger array of potential collaborating agencies.

“Under the proposed regulations, WHO itself would develop and update “early warning criteria for assessing and progressively updating the national, regional, or global risk posed by an event of unknown causes or sources...” (New article 5). Notice that the health-endangering event may be so nonspecific as to have “unknown causes or sources.” Thus, Tedros and any future Director-Generals of WHO will be given unrestricted powers to define and then implement their interventions.

“The proposed regulations, in combination with existing ones, allow action to be taken by WHO, “If the Director-General considers, based on an assessment under these Regulations, that a potential or actual public health emergency of international concern is occurring...” (Article 12.2). That is, Tedros need only “consider” that a “potential or actual” risk is occurring.

“Global Supporters of WHO: WHO is not a global powerhouse by itself. Early in the pandemic, it acted as a front group for the international exploiters of humanity, whom we describe in our new book COVID-19 and the Global Predators. In particular, it made certain the Chinese Communists could hide the seriousness of the pandemic while spreading to the world on passenger airplanes from its major cities, including Wuhan itself.

“We have already noted and documented that the Chinese Communist Party and Xi Jinping have enormous influence over WHO. Even after Donald Trump slashed the U.S. contribution to WHO in February 2020, the U.S. remained the largest donor to WHO. On March 31, 2020, the U.S. contribution was $115.8 million, followed by China at approximately one-half that amount, followed by Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Brazil.13 Then in early July 2020, Trump notified Congress and the U.N. that it was formally withdrawing from WHO. Bill Gates quickly announced he was increasing his contribution from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to $250 million.14

“After the Communist Chinese Party, Bill Gates probably has the most influence over WHO. In our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators: We Are the Prey, we describe in Chapter 15 how Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, and the giant medical foundation Wellcome Trust created CEPI — The Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations. This became the center of global predatory activities in preparation for the anticipated pandemic. It brought together key U.S. agencies, including the FDA, CDC, NIAID, NIH, the U.N., WHO, giant pharmaceutical companies, banks, and multiple other sources of wealth and power.

“In 2017, or earlier, CEPI made an agreement called a memorandum of understanding with WHO. CEPI then presented a PowerPoint presentation to WHO in July 2017, in effect dividing up the world between the Gates’ CEPI and WHO in the coming pandemic. Gates would handle the financing, supply, and distribution of the vaccines, and WHO would control and monitor the scientific and medical community. Among the stipulations of the PowerPoint, which the Gates-created foundation presented, was that the pharmaceutical companies would be reimbursed for all direct and indirect costs by the government for developing their high-speed manufacturing platforms.

“WHO was highly effective during COVID-19 in implementing the aims of the global predators, led by the groups around Bill Gates and the Chinese Communist Party, in their organized assault and terror campaign against the Western democracies. This purposely resulted in the vast weakening of any potentially anti-globalist, freedom- oriented, patriotic nations, including the U.S., Great Britain, Australia, Canada, and others. That success may explain why the global predators chose WHO to now deliver a major and potentially lethal death blow to the sovereignty of the world’s nations.

Europeans Call for Additional Further Increases in WHO’s Power

“There is a growing debate over further increasing the power of WHO to punish uncooperative or dissident nations.15 Some “have sounded the alarm about giving the WHO too much power at the expense of national sovereignty.” Some have voiced concern about China’s influence on WHO: “Not only has it increased its payment to the WHO in recent years, but it also enjoys a special relationship with its leader.”

“But others are calling for increasing WHO’s ability to sanction non-compliant nations. Echoing recent plans publicized by the Biden administration, some nations are calling for “national and global coordinated actions to address the misinformation, disinformation, and stigmatization that undermine public health.” German Health Minister Jens Spahn has proposed “that countries that fail to follow up on their commitments to the WHO should face sanctions.” Tedros has said, “maybe exploring the sanctions may be important.”

Treaties with WHO: Another Enormous Threat to Sovereignty — With a Longer Timeline

“Before we learned about this current and more immediate threat to U.S. sovereignty, we were focusing on WHO’s plans to begin making treaties with individual nations to take over their general healthcare structures, making WHO the guiding and central authority for the world’s healthcare. In addition to many radio, TV, and public appearances giving the details about this threat, we have written a column on America Out Loud, dated February 18, 2022, “Tedros Introduces Globalist Plan to Take Over World’s Health Systems.”16

“If implemented, the treaties become an even greater threat than the amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulations, but we have more time to deal with the treaties than with the amendments.

“We need to face that these American-sponsored amendments are a great step toward America voluntarily forfeiting its sovereignty to the New World Order or Great Reset — and that without strong opposition, the ratification of the amendments is a foregone conclusion. Our success or failure in stopping the ratification of these amendments will establish the pattern for the future, including WHO’s ongoing effort to make legally-binding treaties that rob nations of their sovereignty.

Why Would the U.S. Government Surrender Its Sovereignty?

“Why would the U.S. give away its sovereignty to other nations? In reality, that process has been going on at least since President Wilson’s failed attempt to get the Senate to approve U.S. membership in the League of Nations. It has escalated since World War II, often under the umbrella and authority of the United Nations, with which many global predators are enamored and use as the cover story for their predations. As documented in our book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators, Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab have both worked out cooperative agreements for their versions of the New World Order with the U.N.

“President Biden has recently told the Business Round Table — the presidents and CEOs of the wealthiest 200 corporations in America — that they must lead the growing New World Order:17

“And now is a time when things are shifting. We’re going to — there’s going to be a new world order out there, and we’ve got to lead it. And we’ve got to unite the rest of the free world in doing it.”

“John Kerry, the President’s climate czar, had announced that when Americans elected Biden, they voted for the Great Reset, whether they knew it or not.18

Discussion and Conclusions

“The planning for these devastating U.S.-sponsored amendments to WHO’s International Health Regulations has been so stealthy that it might have escaped attention except for the efforts of one individual, James Roguski. He was the first to recognize this threat, and on March 31, 2022, he published a report headlined, “WAKE UP and Smell the Burning of Our Constitution.”19 https://jamesroguski.substack.com/p/wake-up-and-smell-the-burning-of He also helped us by reviewing the material and this report with us. Fortunately, our courageous medical colleague Robert Yoho originally alerted us to Roguski’s work and its importance.20

“We are facing an imminent threat to U.S. sovereignty by these legally-binding amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations that — without stiff opposition — will almost certainly be passed during the upcoming meeting of WHO’s governing body, the World Health Assembly, May 22-28, 2022. As noted earlier, there is a six-month grace period following approval of amendments during which countries may withdraw their approval, but a majority doing so seems highly unlikely. Right now, we must focus on preventing the WHA from approving the amendments.

“We must immediately mount an international campaign, especially focused within America, to force the U.S. to withdraw these amendments before they come to a vote. Otherwise, America and the nations of the world will take a giant stride toward forfeiting national sovereignty to WHO and the U.N. In reality; they will be forfeiting their sovereign powers to the global predators who rule the U.N. and WHO, including the Chinese Communist Party and supporters of the Great Reset, like Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, and giant foundations and corporations — all of whom benefit from weakening or destroying the sovereignty of the Western nations. Western civilization, and mainly the United States, is all that stands in strong opposition to the globalist takeover of the world, called the New World Order or the Great Reset.”
